Satisfaction Guarantee
- Service-Based Model – As a provider of tailored automation solutions rather than tangible products, AutoNinja.ai does not accept “returns” but instead offers a Satisfaction Guarantee of up to 5 free revision hours within 14 days of project delivery to address any shortcomings.
- Scope & Eligibility – Revision requests are eligible only if they fall within the original Statement of Work (SoW) and do not exceed the agreed revision budget (e.g., ≤ 10 API calls or 5 support hours).
- Request Process – Clients submit revision requests through our online form, referencing the project ID and detailed change descriptions; AutoNinja.ai will acknowledge each request within 2 business days
- Out-of-Scope Work – Any work beyond the Satisfaction Guarantee will be billed at our standard hourly rates as specified in the SoW.

Refund & Dispute Policy
- Refund Window – Clients may request a full or pro-rata refund within 14 days from final project completion
- Review Timeline – All refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days, including evaluation of deliverables, usage logs, and client communications.
- Stripe Chargebacks – If a client initiates a chargeback via Stripe, AutoNinja.ai will submit signed SoW, terms acknowledgment, and revision logs through the Stripe Dashboard or API to contest the dispute.
- Dispute Fees – Any Stripe dispute fees incurred due to unwarranted or lost chargebacks (e.g., the standard $15 Stripe fee) will be invoiced to the disputing client.

Cancellation Policy
- Advance Notice – For scheduled calls or on-site engagements, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, a 100% fee for the booked slot applies.
- Cancellation Procedure – All cancellation requests must be submitted via email (support@autoninja.ai) or through the client portal; confirmations will be issued within 1 business day.
- Project Termination – If a multi-phase project is terminated mid-stream, AutoNinja.ai will invoice pro rata for all work performed up to the termination date, based on logged hours and milestone deliverables.

Legal & Export Compliance
- U.S. Export Administration Regulations – Any service components involving encryption or specialized software comply with the U.S. EAR under BIS rules; clients will be notified if a license exception or formal license is required.
- Sanctioned Jurisdictions – Provision of services is strictly prohibited to entities or individuals located in comprehensively sanctioned countries (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea) per OFAC guidelines.
- Client Representations – All clients must certify that they are not subject to export restrictions and will not use delivered services for prohibited military, nuclear, or sanctioned end-uses.

Terms & Conditions of Promotions
- Promotion Period – Each promotional offer will clearly state its start and end dates; requests outside this window will not be honored.
- Eligibility Criteria – Promotions may be limited to “new clients,” specific service packages, or geographic regions; detailed eligibility rules accompany each offer.
- Limited Availability – Offers are subject to capacity constraints (e.g., “first 100 clients only”) and may be withdrawn at any time; registered participants will receive prior notification.
- Tax & Fees – Promotional pricing excludes any applicable taxes, duties, or third-party fees; clients are responsible for all such charges.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All policies and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action relating to these policies shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ras al Khaimah, UAE.
